개인정보처리방침

KSTA Timer(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용하며, 어떻게 보호하는지를 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

서비스는 회원가입 절차 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있는 공지 알림 서비스로, 일반 이용자로부터 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다음 정보가 자동 또는 제한적으로 처리됩니다.

1-1. 자동 수집 정보 (모든 이용자)

• 접속 로그(IP 주소, 접속 시각, 사용자 에이전트, 참조 URL) — Cloudflare 인프라가 보안 및 트래픽 분석 목적으로 자동 처리
• 방문 통계(국가, 디바이스 종류, 브라우저, 페이지 조회 기록) — Cloudflare Web Analytics에서 쿠키 없이 익명 집계

1-2. KSTA AI 챗봇 이용 시 처리 정보

• 이용자가 챗봇에 입력한 메시지 내용 — 답변 생성을 위해 일시적으로 처리
• 접속 IP 주소 — 이용량 제한(Rate limit) 적용 목적, Cloudflare KV에 단기간 저장 (24시간 후 자동 만료)
• 대화 컨텍스트(직전 대화 내역) — 답변 품질 향상을 위해 같은 세션 내에서만 유지, 이용자의 브라우저(localStorage)에 저장되며 서버에 영구 저장되지 않음

챗봇은 익명으로 이용 가능하며, 이용자 식별 정보(이름·이메일·전화번호 등)를 요구하지 않습니다.

1-3. 관리자 인증 시 수집 (서비스 운영자에 한함)

• Google 계정 이메일 주소 — Firebase Authentication을 통해 운영자 본인 확인

서비스는 회원가입·로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·전화번호·주소 등 추가적인 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보 이용 목적

• 공지 알림 콘텐츠 제공 및 유지
• KSTA AI 챗봇의 답변 생성 및 제공
• 비정상 접근 및 어뷰즈(악용) 방지, 이용량 제한 적용
• 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 익명 통계 분석
• 운영자 인증을 통한 콘텐츠 관리

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

• 접속 로그: Cloudflare 정책에 따라 일반적으로 30일 이내 자동 삭제
• 방문 통계: 익명 집계 데이터로 보존 기간 제한 없음 (개인 식별 불가)
• 챗봇 메시지: 답변 생성을 위해 일시적으로 처리되며 처리 완료 후 즉시 폐기 (서버 저장 없음)
• 챗봇 이용량 카운터(IP 기반): Cloudflare KV에서 90초 ~ 25시간 후 자동 만료
• 챗봇 대화 내역: 이용자 브라우저(localStorage)에만 저장되며, 이용자가 직접 삭제 가능. 서비스에는 전송되지 않음
• 운영자 이메일: 운영 기간 동안 보유, 운영 중단 시 즉시 파기

4. 개인정보 제3자 제공

서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음 처리위탁이 있습니다.

• Google LLC (Firebase): 인증, 데이터베이스, 호스팅
• Cloudflare, Inc.: CDN, 보안, 트래픽 분석, 이용량 제한 저장(KV)
• Cloudflare Workers AI (Meta Llama 3.3): KSTA AI 챗봇 답변 생성을 위한 인공지능 처리. 챗봇에 입력된 메시지가 답변 생성 시 일시적으로 Cloudflare 글로벌 인프라로 전송됩니다.

⚠️ 국외 이전 안내: Cloudflare Workers 및 Workers AI는 글로벌 분산 인프라로, 처리 위치가 한국 외 국가일 수 있습니다. 챗봇 이용 시 입력 메시지가 국외로 일시 이전될 수 있음을 고지하며, 이용자가 챗봇을 이용하는 행위는 이러한 처리에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.

해당 사업자는 각자의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다:

• Google/Firebase: policies.google.com/privacy

5. 쿠키 및 추적 기술

서비스는 광고·마케팅 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다음 로컬 저장소(localStorage)만 이용자 편의를 위해 사용합니다.

• 언어 설정, 다크모드 등 사용자 환경 설정
• 알람 카운트다운 표시 여부 등 UI 상태

이 데이터는 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 본인의 개인정보 처리 현황 열람 요구
• 처리정지, 삭제 요구
• 브라우저 설정에서 localStorage 삭제 가능

본 방침의 내용 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있는 경우 시행일 7일 전부터 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 다만 이용자 권리에 중대한 변경이 있을 경우 30일 전부터 고지합니다.

Privacy Policy

KSTA Timer ("the Service") respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

The Service is a public notification service available without registration. We do not directly collect personal information from general users.

1-1. Automatically Collected (All Visitors)

• Access logs (IP address, access time, user agent, referrer) — automatically processed by Cloudflare for security and traffic analysis
• Visit analytics (country, device type, browser, page views) — anonymously aggregated by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies

1-2. KSTA AI Chatbot Usage

• Messages entered by the user into the Chatbot — temporarily processed for response generation
• Visitor IP address — for rate limit enforcement, stored briefly in Cloudflare KV (auto-expires within 24 hours)
• Conversation context (recent message history) — retained only within the same session in the user's browser (localStorage); not permanently stored on our servers

The Chatbot may be used anonymously and does not require identifying information (name, email, phone, etc.).

1-3. Collected for Administrator Authentication Only

• Google account email address — used via Firebase Authentication to verify the operator

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing and maintaining notification content
• Generating and serving KSTA AI Chatbot responses
• Preventing abnormal access and abuse, applying rate limits
• Anonymous statistical analysis for service improvement
• Content management through operator authentication

3. Retention Period

• Access logs: typically deleted within 30 days per Cloudflare policy
• Visit analytics: anonymous aggregate data, no retention limit (no personal identification)
• Chatbot messages: temporarily processed for response generation and discarded immediately afterward (no server storage)
• Chatbot rate-limit counters (IP-based): auto-expire in Cloudflare KV between 90 seconds and 25 hours
• Chatbot conversation history: stored only in the user's browser localStorage and can be deleted by the user; not transmitted to our service
• Operator email: retained during service operation, deleted upon service termination

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share personal information with third parties. However, we entrust processing to:

• Google LLC (Firebase): authentication, database, and hosting services
• Cloudflare, Inc.: CDN, security, traffic analysis, and rate-limit storage (KV)
• Cloudflare Workers AI (Meta Llama 3.3): AI processing for KSTA Chatbot response generation. Chatbot messages are temporarily transmitted to Cloudflare's global infrastructure for response generation.

⚠️ International Transfer Notice: Cloudflare Workers and Workers AI use globally distributed infrastructure, and processing may occur outside Korea. By using the Chatbot, the user is deemed to consent to the temporary international transfer of input messages.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. Only the following localStorage data is used for user convenience:

• Language preference, dark mode, and other UI settings
• Alarm countdown display preferences and UI state

This data is stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Request information on how your data is processed
• Request to stop processing or to delete your data
• Clear localStorage data via your browser settings
