"KSTA Calculator" (the "Service") is a free PWA (Progressive Web App) that provides:

🌐 1-1. Target Users and Jurisdiction (Important)
⚠️ This service is not a financial service targeted at residents of any specific country.
This service is offered in 5 languages (Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese), but this is simply for multilingual information accessibility and is not intended to provide investment advisory, financial brokerage, or virtual-asset trading services to residents of any specific country.
Korean residents: This service is not licensed as an investment-advisory business under the Korean Capital Markets Act, nor registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) under the Virtual Asset User Protection Act. Please use only as an information-providing tool.
US / EU residents: This service is not a registered investment adviser with the SEC, FCA, MiFID II, etc. We do not intend to offer financial services to US / EU residents.
Mainland China residents: Pursuant to virtual-asset rules of the People's Bank of China and related authorities, this service is not for residents of mainland China. Hong Kong / Macao / Taiwan are separate.
Japan residents: This service is not a registered crypto asset exchange under the FSA and does not provide virtual-asset trading / brokerage services to residents of Japan.
Vietnam residents: Under State Bank of Vietnam regulations, virtual assets are not a legal payment method. This is not a service for Vietnam residents.
Use of this service may be restricted under each country's virtual-asset laws, and all responsibility for use rests with the user.
🔞 1-2. Age Restriction and Consent Procedure (strengthened in v127+)
This service is for users aged 14 or older. On first use, you must agree to both of the following two checkboxes to begin:
Age confirmation: "I am 14 or older and use this service of my own judgment."
Service-nature consent: "I agree that this service is not investment-advisory business under the Korean Capital Markets Act, but a simple reference information service."
Under Article 31 of Korea's Information & Communications Network Act and the EU GDPR, processing minors' personal information may require parental consent, and this service does not allow users under 14.
Consent records are stored only in the device's localStorage; clearing browser data will require re-consent on next access. If the user is later confirmed to be under 14, use of the service may be restricted.

The operator is not an investment adviser, investment broker, or discretionary investment manager under the Korean Capital Markets Act, nor a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) under the Virtual Asset User Protection Act.
Price information: Based on external APIs (Upbit, Binance, etc.) and may have delays / errors. It may differ from the actual price at trade time.
AI analysis / forecast / report: For general information only; does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any specific asset. AI may state inaccurate information with confidence.
Chart analysis, portfolio diagnosis: Simple statistical visualization; cannot be a basis for investment decisions.
Alerts: A technical tool announcing the price you set; not a buy / sell signal.

Crypto investing involves risks including extreme price volatility, total loss of principal, exchange bankruptcy, hacking, and regulatory changes. Any financial loss resulting from use of this service is the user's responsibility; the operator bears no liability.
By using this service, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the above.
🤖 3. AI Feature Disclaimer (throughout v76 ~ v141)
Special provisions for the app's AI features (Anthropic Claude / OpenAI ChatGPT / Google Gemini integrations):
3-1. Accuracy of AI Responses
All content generated by AI is a probabilistic response from an AI model and may not match reality.
It may not reflect the latest news or real-time events.
AI may state inaccurate information with confidence, so cross-checking is required.
Even if AI output could be read as a recommendation to buy / sell / hold a specific asset, this is the AI's general speech pattern and does not constitute investment recommendation or advice.
3-2. AI Extended Features (v108)
The following features are all reference-only auxiliary tools:
📊 AI Chart Analysis: Analysis based on 24-hour history reflects past patterns and does not guarantee the future.
📊 AI Portfolio Diagnosis: Scores / suggestions are general principles and do not fully reflect individual circumstances.
🔮 AI Price Forecast (for fun): Explicitly "for entertainment". No real predictive power.
📝 AI Voice Memo: Journal organization is a recording aid, not decision-making advice.
📋 AI Research Report: General information for educational purposes; no guarantee of being up to date.
3-3. AI Chat Widget (v135)
A persistent chat interface opened via the 💬 button at the bottom-right.
Requests pass through a Cloudflare Worker proxy to the AI backend, and conversations are not permanently stored on a server.
Chat widget responses also do not constitute investment advice / recommendation / brokerage and accuracy / timeliness are not guaranteed.
Do not enter sensitive information (national ID, card numbers, account numbers, passwords, etc.) into the chat. Anything you type is sent to the AI provider's server.
Parts of conversations may be aggregated after anonymization for service-quality improvement and safety review.
📰 3-1. KSTA Announcement / Event System (v135 safe announcements)
Terms regarding the announcements / events feed (via Firebase) on the main screen:
Announcements are written and posted by the operator and go through an automatic detection system for harmful / solicitation language before posting.
Every announcement carries an automatic disclaimer such as "This announcement is for service guidance and is not investment advice."
When opening external links in announcements, the destination site's terms and privacy policy apply. We are not liable for issues on external sites.
If errors / illegality are found in an announcement, it may be deleted / corrected immediately; no special compensation is provided for user inconvenience caused thereby.
🔔 3-2. Alert Feature Disclaimer (v117+)
Price alerts: A technical convenience tool that notifies you when conditions you set are met; not a buy / sell signal.
Background push notifications: Rely on Service Worker Periodic Background Sync; depending on browser / OS / network / battery state, they may be delayed, missed, or not delivered. Fully real-time monitoring is not guaranteed.
We are not liable for missed trading opportunities or losses caused by not receiving alerts.
For time-critical trading, please use the exchange's official app.
Morning Briefing nighttime delivery (v146+): When setting the Morning Briefing time to between 9 PM and 8 AM, separate consent for receiving nighttime promotional information is required under Information & Communications Network Act §50-2. Without consent, delivery in that window is blocked.
If push body contains promotional information, it is marked with "(Ad)".
🤖 3-3. AI Market Analysis Auto-Card (v146+)
The "🤖 AI Market Analysis" card on the main screen is an hourly auto-refreshed market-data summary.
This analysis is not investment advice under the Korean Capital Markets Act, nor is it virtual-asset trading advice under the Virtual Asset User Protection Act.
It is simply a summary of objective data like prices, change %, Kimchi premium, Fear & Greed index.
When the AI response is generated, words like buy / sell / recommend / promising / signal / target price are automatically blocked, and on detection they are replaced with a safe response.
It is auto-refreshed every hour on the hour and is automatically generated content not separately reviewed by the operator.
The card always displays a disclaimer banner at the top: "This is a simple data summary, not investment advice. Investment decisions are your responsibility."
Any trading decision based on this analysis is the user's own decision and responsibility, and the operator is not liable for any resulting loss.
🎙️ 4. About Voice Features
Voice recognition / synthesis uses the browser's Web Speech API.
Voice data may be processed on-device or routed through the browser vendor's services (Google, Apple, etc.).
Voice recognition accuracy varies with environment (noise, pronunciation).
We recommend not speaking sensitive personal information by voice.
🚫 5. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited:
Using this service for illegal activities
Reverse-engineering the service or unauthorized duplication
Imposing excessive load on servers
Misuse of AI for fraud, manipulation, phishing, or other harmful acts
Reselling outputs of this service to others as paid investment advice
💰 6. Fees and Ads / Affiliates (v146+ updated)
The service itself is entirely free; there are no paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, membership fees, or memberships.
Ad / affiliate link disclosure: This service contains an LBank affiliate link (referral code: 3A1U7). If a user signs up or trades on LBank via the link, the operator may receive a percentage fee (referral reward) from LBank.
The affiliate link is identifiable to users via labels such as "💰 Ad / Affiliate link" (in compliance with Korea's Fair Labeling and Advertising Act and the KFTC's recommendation / endorsement guidelines).
Affiliate commission does not create any additional cost for the user; trades are on the same terms as signing up directly with LBank.
The operator does not recommend any particular exchange or trade because of affiliate revenue; all cross-exchange price comparisons are based on objective public-API data.
Users have the right to search for and use the exchange directly without using the affiliate link.
🛡️ 7. Service Availability
We aim to operate 24/7, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance / outages.
If external APIs (price, AI) fail, the corresponding features may not work.
This service has no partnership with the above exchanges, and prices are provided solely for informational purposes.
The actual trade prices on each exchange may differ from the values shown in this service; please verify directly on the exchange before trading.
If an exchange's API terms change, the price feature may be suspended without prior notice.
Users may not redistribute, resell, or use the price data commercially (including for trading bots). Any responsibility for such use rests with the user.
Each exchange's name and logo are registered trademarks of the respective company; this service claims no rights beyond indicating data sources.
⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability
The operator is not liable for:
Losses caused by investment decisions made using this service
Outcomes due to errors or inaccuracies in AI responses
Delays, errors, or omissions in price information
Service interruptions, data loss
Device compatibility issues
Effects of changes in third-party services (APIs, browsers, OS)

All decisions and outcomes from using this service are entirely the user's responsibility.
