Q. Which coins are supported?

5 coins are supported by default: BTC, ETH, KSTA, XRP, and LOUI. Additional coins may be added in the future. When an administrator adds new coins, they automatically appear for all users.

Q. Is KSTA Calculator affiliated with the KSTA operator?

No. We have no affiliation whatsoever. This service is an independent free tool that displays public price information for coins listed on external exchanges (LBank), including KSTA and LOUI. We have NO partnership, cooperation, or financial relationship with the issuers or operators of these tokens.

Q. Can I use this for investment purposes?

According to the Terms of Service, KSTA Calculator cannot be used as a basis for investment decisions, and is NOT intended for investment advice or recommendations. Please review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this user manual carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

Q. Voice recognition isn't working

Use the latest Chrome or Safari. Check microphone permissions. Only works on HTTPS.

Q. No AI response

Make sure the admin has enabled AI settings. AI is provided through admin shared mode only.

Q. Are prices real-time?

Yes — prices update every 10 seconds via Upbit / Binance / LBank public APIs.

Q. Where is data stored?

Only in your device's localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server.

Q. How do I install the app?

PWA method. iOS: Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: Menu → Install App.

Q. Does using AI cost money?

AI features run in admin-shared mode, so costs are covered by the admin and never billed to users.

Q. My portfolio data is gone

Clearing browser data also deletes it. We recommend backing up important data separately.

Q. How can I contact you?

Use Settings → 💬 Contact Admin in the app to send your feedback, bug reports, or suggestions directly. Including your email address allows us to reply.
